View All. Tool is a band of its own genre, taking you on a hard-edged journey of meditative grooves, polyrhythmic melodies, odd time signatures and compelling vocals. There were some similarities—recording to tape, using the same guitar and bass amp setups that we fine-tuned on the previous record, etc.
But the songs on this album are a lot more involved and the band was more willing to experiment, so we were able to pursue many different avenues. We also experimented with two of his drum kits—cutting between his main Sonor kit and an original Ludwig Stainless Steel kit he had from when he was a teenager.
On both guitar and bass we experimented with different strings for sections that involved fingers, as opposed to using a pick. Where we needed less string noise, we would test out ground versus roundwound, or smoother strings versus regular texture. We also used a single bass on the right and single guitar on the left for sections where Justin [Chancellor] and Adam [Jones] played off of each other, not just stereo guitar throughout.
We did loads of pedal experimentation as well for both guitar and bass and vocals too. I had four chains set up. We used my U67, an SM7B, a Soyuz Tube mic and also some handheld options through various preamps and compressors in different parts of the room so I could get different sounds. Unlike all the tape machine manipulation I did on 10, Days , on this record I got more creative with his vocals after the fact via hardware and software effects. I spent quite a bit of time on each song trying to get the vocals to sit nicely and feel right with effects.
The softer stuff I wanted to float in and out of the music, while the heavier stuff needed to be more aggressive to cut through. It debuted at 3 in the US, becoming the band's highest charting album. AllMusic calls it "their strongest and most focused recording yet. Every Time I Die 'Ex Lives' This album produced, recorded and mixed debuted at 20 on Billboard's Top , making it the band's highest charting album to date.

Then just play it on my wii will it work. It was an amazing revival, an incredible GameCube game, and one of the top Nintendo titles in over two decades of gaming, time. This game is an absolute blast. You live your life among human like animals as you start out on your own life. You can build up your house, collect furniture, make friends, and shop. This game includes a 24 hour gameplay and the game goes on even if you're not there. You also have the ability to travel to other people's towns by sharing memory cards with each other.
A great Gamecube game. A little warning though. It is very addicting. Animal crossing is a sort of strange tamogachi-esque game where you interact with other anthromorphic animals in a fantasy setting where you go about your everyday life, play mini games, and generally just relax.
It's a great life sim for people that enjoy that sort of thing, and it's fun making money and managing your character's relationships with other characters in the game. The game operates on the Gamecube's real time clock, and events happen when you're away from it in a similar fashion to Seaman on the Dreamcast or some of the newer Pokemon games. It's an interesting game for people that enjoy games like harvest moon or other life sims, but doesn't offer much for gamers looking for story or action-driven gameplay.
A true twenty four hour gaming experience that can last for thirty years, Animal Crossing was playing even when you were not. You could play mini-games alone and even with your friends. Animal Crossing, for many, a world which they got absorbed into.
