A bird-like object will fly out. Do not shoot it. Ram into it to travel ''out of this dimension''. Shoot the paper-like objects. The boss does not have a life meter, just icons until they display three 7s Shoot ''THE END'' letters until they are in the right position.

The letters will be orange when they are correct. This rare creature can be seen in the Asteroid Belt, Sector X, and Venom orbit stages by avoiding the blue Supply Ring near the midpoint of said stages. Some time after passing it by, the silver phoenix will appear and drop off four yellow Supply Circles to restore your shield.

To make the whale appear in Sector Y, shoot all grey and red hostiles until they turn blue. Right near the end of the stage, if all enemies have been turned blue at this point, a whale will swim out from behind and leave behind a trail of power ups.

After you do both of these things click the Add button which is in the upper right hand corner of the Cheat Window.

Don't hit 'Ok' as that'll just close the window without saving any of your changes! If you did everything correctly you should have a cheat added to the list above with a little unchecked box next to it. The next thing you need to do is to check the box to enable the cheat and then click Ok. Now you have to test if the cheat works! In this case I had to run around and be hit by monsters a few times.

The cheat worked of course! Something of interest too is after adding a Game Genie cheat to your list it'll automatically be converted to a Pro Action Replay code. If you click on the cheat again after it's added you'll see that it's in PAR format!
